ANNUAL PACKAGE
PACKAGE 1 / 300€ incl. VAT per month:
- Coordination and management of service providers (cleaning, laundry, swimming pool, gardening).
- Collecting post.
- Monitoring and inspection of your property whilst you are away, 2 visits per month. Option of 4 visits per month (flat rate of €60 incl. VAT per additional visit).
- Emergencies: storms, leaks, alarm faults, power cuts and anything else that may occur at the weekend or during the week: €100 (incl. VAT) per visit.
- Service available Monday to Friday (excluding emergencies, which incur an additional charge of €100 including VAT per visit).
- The client is responsible for paying the service providers’ invoices.
PACKAGE 2/ 450€ incl. VAT per month:
- Package 1 +
- Preparing for your arrival, unlocking the property and coordinating service providers before you arrive.
- Booking transport.
- Locking up and carrying out an inspection upon your departure.
