La Bastide du Grand Tilleul
This house has an indisputable soul; a beautiful Provencal Bastide in a small village, the terrace, the lime tree. Domaine de Fontenille
The Domaine de Fontenille is the work of Parisian investors and includes a 5-star hotel, a gastronomic restaurant (1 Michelin star) and a bistro.
The gardens are magnificent and the bistro offers an original cuisine in the form of tapas. Classic and luxurious atmosphere.

Le Moulin,
Former olive oil mill of the village, this establishment was recently bought by the Beaumier group (capelongue, le galinier), the location in the village centre is ideal. The place is popular with international customers. Practical on Monday evenings when all the restaurants are closed.


La Fenière
A pioneer in gluten-free cuisine, Nadia Sammut, has taken over the reins of this beautiful 12-room inn. This is a restaurant and a gourmet restaurant. L’Art Glacier

Exceptional artisanal ice creams and sorbets, a little slow service which allows you to enjoy the view of the castle of Ansouis.
The ice cream cups are very kitsch, parrots, parasols …. the children will love it.

Le café des Valseuses. Very nice, on a very pretty square. The two cooks are Japanese.
The plus: you can buy the restaurant’s crockery from the potter’s shop just opposite.
